Seminar fees are calculated upon registration for the seminar – payment is due 14 days after invoicing. You have the option to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the seminar. Cancellations can only be processed if they are made in writing. Please understand that we must charge the full seminar fee for later cancellations (from the 29th day) or no-shows.
We will be happy to try to offer you a replacement or alternative date within our seminar program.
IML Electronic reserves the right to cancel or postpone the seminar for important reasons (e.g., illness of the speaker, insufficient number of participants) – in this case, a replacement date will be announced immediately or the seminar fees already paid will be refunded in full. Otherwise, there are no further claims for compensation and/or cancellation.
